Install responsive blog Drupal 7

After installing Drupal it looks something like ubuntu_after_install_first_view.png. I installed the free responsive blog theme, just like installing a module:

On this site scroll down to "Recommended releases" right click on tar.gz and select "copy link location".
Go to
  Modules > install new modules
or navigate with your webbrowser to
  http:<YOURSITENAME.com>/?q=admin/modules/install
and in the field
  Install from a URL
paste the copied URL (in my case it was)
  http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/responsive_blog-7.x-1.7.tar.gz
and click on "Install". To enable the theme click on
  appearance
or navigate the browser to
  <YOURSITENAME>/?q=admin/appearance
and click on "enable and set default" below the Responsive Theme.
